With a robust background in Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll, and Office Management, Joyce seamlessly applies her multifaceted skills as the Office Manager at Western Bay Museum. In addition to overseeing office operations, she handles financial matters and lends her support to securing funding opportunities, vital for the museum's sustainability and growth.

While transitioning into the museum sector was a new venture for Joyce, she has come to appreciate the intricate workings behind the scenes. From orchestrating educational programs and group experiences to curating multiple exhibitions annually and coordinating community events, Joyce relishes the dynamic nature of her role.
