Carly Vevers
COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT

Carly works in the Western Bay Museum’s collection store, cataloguing, researching, and preserving the museum’s precious collection.  A love of history and a good mystery has led her to pursue a career in the GLAM sector.

Carly is currently undertaking a Master of Arts in Museum Studies through Massey University, with taonga Māori and the Protected Objects Act 1975 as her area of research. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and a New Zealand Diploma in Records and Information Management.
